What These Terms Actually Cover

By creating a bobava account, you confirm you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Eligibility is limited to individuals who meet the age requirement under their state's law and reside in a state where online casino access is lawful.

We do not extend access to states where it is prohibited. Payment activity — including deposits via PayPal and Venmo, and loads to a Play+ prepaid card — is subject to the transaction rules in Section 4 of the full agreement. Those rules cover processing timelines,

failed transactions, and how chargebacks are handled. Withdrawals follow a verification step: we confirm your account identity before releasing funds, which keeps your wallet secure and meets our compliance obligations. Account balances do not accrue interest. Bobava reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that

breach these terms, including accounts linked to fraudulent payment activity or misrepresentation of state residency. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated via the email address on your account at least seven days before they take effect, and continued use of the platform

after that date constitutes acceptance.
